Bernadette graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1980 with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Occupational Therapy. During her career Bernadette has practiced in a variety of clinical settings including geriatrics, medicine, surgery, and outpatient hand therapy. In addition to her work with Personal Best Therapy Bernadette is also employed at the Health Sciences Centre in acute care, where she uses her many years of experience to assist clients with a safe discharge home.

Bernadette strives to provide excellence in her practice and provide compassion and empathy to all of her clients. She brings her wealth of experience to her daily practice to problem solve each client’s unique circumstances in order to maximize function and independence in their daily lives.

Outside of work Bernadette enjoys spending time with her family which includes time at their family cottage. She also enjoys travelling and baking for her family.

Bernadette is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM).
